Who we are

Solyx Technologies Ltd ("Solyx") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: benbirch@solyx.uk.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company (if given) and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to arrange and carry out that work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where we work together, records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing benbirch@solyx.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
